[Boost-build] Showing response file content

Hi,
the fact that response file content is not show with -d+2 is starting to cause 
some problems when diagnosing regression test results. I've upped the 
priority of:

  https://zigzag.cs.msu.su:7813/boost.build/ticket/22

Is anybody interested in working on that? This should be no more that a couple 
hours of work, and likely even less.
