Well, nightly builds are stable enough. I think that most people use
nightly builds or CVS for production development. Bugs and
compatibility breaks are rare, and new features and enhancements are
added oftenly.
Unfortunately there's no "stable" package for Boost.Build v2 alone
yet. The most stable version of Boost.Build I would recommend is the
version from the lats Boost release (1.31.1,
