Just add a Jamfile(.v2)  there which only contains 

build-project .. ;

This should trigger compilation of you project.
You can use "build-project" (for more complicated things take a look 
at "alias") for "redirecting" bjam to whatever location you want.
Just be aware of circles ;-))
