[Boost-build] [v2] New Compiler Jamfiles

Hi,

I'd like to add three new compilers, Pgi, Pathscale and Sgi to BBv2.  
Can someone give these a quick check and let me know if there's any 
obvious problems with them.  If they're okay, feel free to check them 
in as well.
