Ah. I see. We need to add some references to $BOOST_ROOT/doc/Jamfile.v2.
The following two seem to do the trick:
<dependency>../tools/build/v2/doc//jam_docs
<implicit-dependency>../tools/build/v2/doc//jam_docs
Volodya, does this change need to be applied to the RC branch, too?
