Has anyone tried to add support to the .NET SDK or Mono?
I'm studying how to best accomplish this, maybe someone could give me
some pointers.
I believe the way to go is to add a new _net.jam (or mono.jam) toolset,
and a new kind of compiler, cs-compiler.
