The first part of this patch adds support for correctly detecting /
building with MSVC Toolkit 2003. The second part of this patch adds
manifest embedding into executables, as is required by MSVC 2005. Note
that in executables, manifest resource ID is 1, but in case of DLL's,
its 2. The patch was made and tested against Boost 1.33.1 release
tarball.
