Well I'm not sure about 1.33.0... But it's working for 1.33.1. I get the
*mt-s.lib variants when I use the "release <runtime-link>static" build
(I tried both orderings).

Try doing "<runtime-link>static release", perhaps there's some bug where
the order matters.
