[Boost-build] BBv2 support for mipspro....

Hi,

So I noticed that there is no support for mipspro in BBv2, is there
any plans to port the existing BBv1 suport, or should I try work
something out for myself when I need it... currently its a would be
nice so I'm not that concerned.
