I am going to prepare and post several more patches:
- Processor-specific optimization flags for msvc;
- Some .rc fixes;
- Midl support.
Plus I will try to implement support of order-sensitive features that do
not affect performance. AFAIU drop of the performance was the reason why
support of order-sensitive features was removed from the code. This is a
kind of prerequisite for MS PlatformSdk implementation.
