I wonder if there are a free diff which is able to detect moved lines... 
Clearcase Diff and I one other commercial diffs (I don't remember its 
name) are adble to detect moved, but unchanged lines.

http://winmerge.sourceforge.net/ are also able to detect, but it's 
graphical.
