I decided to look at Boost Wiki first, and added a new section to
BuildingJam

along with completely new BuildingBjamOnWindowsTroubleshooting page, in
spirit of recent conversation about friendlier installation.
Please someone look there and fix missing parts. I don't know anything
about toolsets I don't use, and I don't have troubles with build.bat,
because I have correct environment variables and all software is
installed into single ProgramFiles folder using default locations.
