Hi !
The attached patch corrects a copy and waste error in
libs/regex/build/Jamfile.v2
rule check-icu-config
globs for
    else if [ GLOB $(dir)/lib : libicui18n.* ]
but adds
      gICU_IN_LIB = icuin ;
I think this should be icui18n, too.
At least this works for me with libicu 2.8 on debian AMD64.
