Which platform are you running CW on?
There are two config files:
tools/build/v2/tools/cw.jam
tools/build/v2/tools/cw-config.jam
They seem to be Code Warrior for Windows, rather than
Code Warrior for Mac, but I haven't tried them.
If you are running on a Mac, and have access to GCC,
could you try my patch for building .dylib which I mentioned here:

I found I needed it with "darwin.jam".
