spawn : Not such File or Directory error

Hello,

Always with the nightly build of tuesday, the mkdir command failed...
I run bjam under windows xp, and I receive the following error:

MkDir1 C:\TEMP
spawn : Not such File or Directory error...

I receive also the error for a clean:

common.Clean clean
spawn : Not such File or Directory error...

Is it an issue from my environement, or it is from Boost build system ?
