FWIW, it links with gcc. The main program was
simplified to mout_link.cpp and with that the
output for the intel-linux case included:
intel-linux.compile.c++
../../../../../bin.v2/lje/libs/grammar_pipeline/test/spirit_proto/mout_link.test/intel-linux/debug/mout_link.o
intel-linux.link
../../../../../bin.v2/lje/libs/grammar_pipeline/test/spirit_proto/mout_link.test/intel-linux/debug/mout_link
testing.capture-output
../../../../../bin.v2/lje/libs/grammar_pipeline/test/spirit_proto/mout_link.test/intel-linux/debug/mout_link.run
====== BEGIN OUTPUT ======
