bjam freezes and requires ctrl-c to exit on Windows 2000 when this
command is issued:
bjam --help stage
It displays some help text and then gets stuck after displaying the
words "example usage:". Maybe its looking for a pager?
Sorry in advance if I'm overlooking something simple and this is just a
stupid user-error.
