Override hardcoded settings in jambase for msvc-6 (for PSDK users)?

Hi,

When using Platform SDK with Visual C++ 6, its generally preferred to 
place the PSDK path ahead of the MSVC6 path for both INCLUDE and LIB.

What is the best way to override these jambase hardcoded settings for 
msvc-6?
