This patch only had the addition Jamfile.v2 for 'libs/numeric/ublas. The
sentance was meant to be a 'manual' patch to remind you that primary
"status/Jamfile.v2" would need updating.
It already has a 'test-suite ublas'. A simple
build-project ../libs/numeric/ublas ;
should suffice instead. Sorry for not making that clear!
