OK Figured out the problem... Or more precisely I remembered what the
problem was ;-) This is a bug in the 1.31.0 version of Boost.Build.,
which happens to already be fixed in the CVS version. You can fix it by
getting the latest version of "tools/build/v1/allyourbase.jam"
