1) The section "Projects and Subprojects" in
tools/build/v1/build_system.htm does not mention that the build system
installation directory can also be specified in the boost-build.jam file
in the project root directory.
2) In "The Command Line" section, "User Targets" section, the link to
'grist' is broken.
I can patch item 1 but as I have not looked at bjam in detail for some
time I first want to check with you guys.
