That's the proper place. But did you miss my reply to you? I was saying that
the need to have bison to build BGL is the problem with V2 which will be
fixed.
It's just could not be fixed for 1.31 and I can't fix it right away, so maybe
commenting out the relevant line is the best solution for now. Again, it
*will* be fixed in a better way.
