I think that the problem here is that I am not sure who is "user" and who is
"developer". Could someone supply some examples? IMHO such a distinction is
difficult to make. At which point a user writing a Jamfile becomes a developer
writing a Jamfile? I am not very fond of splitting the docs in such a matter.
Maybe Volodya has some reasons I am no aware of?
