Yes, there seems to have been a delay before list messages started coming
through after I subscribed.
To summarise: I'm happy as long it's not on by default (since it invokes
non-standard behaviour). I would be happier still if were renamed to
something like <unicode-application>, as it's current name does not reflect
what it actually does.
