I've almost implemented new target-id syntax. Before comitting it, though, I'd
like somebody to look at docs for it, and comment. The docs are in
http://zigzag.cs.msu.su:7813/boost_build_v2.html#targets
The main change is that project and target are now separated with "//". The
docs have the rationale for change, I comments on rationale are also welcome.
