What version of bjam/Boost.Build should I experiment with (and how do I
get it)? (I have boost_1_29_0, but this seems to be a mixture of old and
new??) Are there some examples that I can use as a tutorial?

I want to experiment with the project/subproject possibilities and the
default build configuration issues that I asked about. I will build a
toy project if there are no examples.
