Status of Boost.Build v2

Hi,

I'm having a heck of a time finding out what the status is of 
Boost.Build v2 project. I found one document saying that it would be 
released in January 2003 but the document has not been updated for 
~5 months.

Can anyone give me a hint on where the project stands?
