Yikes... There's a conflict with the name of the argument for a rule, and a

Yes, I added that to support preformated output. The syntax is:
#:: whatever...

Well... no. ReST uses a line with "::" on it, followed by any number of
whitespace prefixed lines, followed by a single blank line. That's why I
chose to use "#::". I can try and replicate the ReST syntax, but perhaps
your >1 suggestion is sufficient.
