I just checked it out of CVS this afternoon - the changes are very
minimal - I simply duplicated the 'VISUALC' toolset configuration and
made the necessary changes to the lib and include paths - everything
else is fine as-is.
I don't have check-in rights in CVS, but I'd be happy to email the
files if anyone's interested.
