regarding setting the '-tpp6' flag for intel pentium III's, I don't quite get
how to inform bjam that I want to use the pentium III instruction set. I've
looked at the other Jamfile's in Boost but still did not manage (probably due
to the warm weather and heaving no air-conditioning, we're not used to 32
degrees celcius in Belgium ;-)
