Now that I see the code I understand why you wanted to change the
ordering. However, I don't think it's neccessarily worth doing things now
differently.
However, Whoa: I'm not at all sure I like the idea of making the options
into targets, even NOTFILE targets!
That really doesn't seem right to me...
