Hello again!

I hope I'm not getting on anybodys nerves... :-)

In the file msvc-stlport-tools.jam there are two semicolon missing
at the last two lines that start with ECHO.

As a result the build doesn't stop when no STLport root is
configured, but prints this message over and over again.
