Hi Andrea,

Thanks for the patch. Look interesting. If I have time on the weekend I 
propose the following. I assume the same problem exists in the current Boost 
CVS HEAD?
a) Add a test case into the Concept tests that exposes this problem
b) Fix in CVS HEAD in both matrix and vector_assign
