Before I commit new mark ups. Apart from the previously mentioned temporary
failures there are a number of compiler we have decided no longer to support
for further development. Threfore I have.

Since the compilers were supported previously (including the 1.32.0 release) I
would like to add a new note.

This compiler's bugs are not supported by the library - please use a
previous release of Boost where this compile is supported by the library.
OR
This compiler's bugs are not supported by the library - please use
Boost 1.32.0 where this library supports your compile.
