This looks nice, few tiny comments. I am not applying :), just saying what might make it more interesting for candidates.
   -

   - "Reduce high-level compilation warnings".  -- I think this may be confusing to some, maybe write it a bit longer, like:
Resolve warnings issued under high warning levels (e.g., /W4 or /Wall in MSVC, -Wall, or -Wextra in GCC/Clang).

Requirements does not mention knowledge of git. I presume almost all people applying will have it, but maybe consider being explicit if indeed it is required.
