A small clarification: the libraries are and remain under the control
of the authors and the developers. The C++ Alliance only proposes that
it holds shared assets (such as domain names, trademarks, and
donations) on behalf of the project. And that the use of the assets is
determined by a Steering Committee (composition to be determined).
