That's a lot of money. Does this include the Boost downloads using Fastly
that were announced at the end of May? Does this include non-obvious things,
like internal C++ Alliance infrastructure?
It's really none of my business how you spend your money, but I do have a
certain amount of experience with this sort of thing. I worry that you have
over-engineered this in a way that has made it much more expensive than
it needs to be.
