Porting to Openvms

I see the source files for setting up config.hpp.  But I don't see how 
to create source files for OpenVMS (the vms.hpp is really out of date).  
The compiler VSI CXX.  Or any of the other options.

Is there a guide for setting up the config that I'm missing?  If not any 
suggestions for how to go about setting up those files?
