I've mentioned several times: an imposition is not desirable, it won't
work and it would be a failure as a community.

We (developers, maintainers, review managers) should take the
responsibility, or this project has no sense because there is no Boost
community.

I volunteered for the review management but if we have more talented
volunteers they're welcome.

Mathew, can we have a tentative schedule? I think we don't have anything
in the pipeline, we could start pretty soon if desired...
