That is not quite right. The C++ Alliance is a non-profit, identical in
type to the Boost Foundation. The only difference is that the scope of our
mission is a bit more broad, encompassing C++. However we choose to focus
on contribution to Boost since we have identified the Boost project as the
most effective vehicle for improving C++.
