There is Boost Steering Committee (or was it renamed to Boost
Foundation?) Does it no longer exist? I think, Marshall Clow and Glen
Fernandes were members.

BTW, the Steering Committee should be able to hire a lawyer to help with
legal matters, such as composing the TOU and Privacy Policy, if needed.
