I confirm that the Boost.Log test suite passes under VS 17.5.0 (compiler
version 19.35.32215) without cxxstd. Running cxxstd=14,17,20,latest now.
Boost is part of the MS test suite for MSVC, and they do report such issues
to us, so this one is probably not covered by our tests.
