With sincere apologies for spotting this so late, Math has a rather
grievous bug right at it's core, see:
https://github.com/boostorg/math/pull/670.
Fortunately the fix is relatively trivial. If possible I'd like to
cherry pick this into master before the deadline. CI has all cycled.
