Hi,
I am Ashar Khan, a Second Year Computer Science Student from India. I would
like to work with boost for Summer of Code 2019 and improve on the
existing *boost.uBLAS
*library.
I have completed the Programming Competency test of uBLAS and find myself
perfect for the task. I am looking forward to a mentor who can help me in
the later parts of the project. I request any Potential mentor of uBLAS
(David Bellot, Stefan Seefeld, and Sem Bassoy) to help me start my work.

Any Suggestions and opinions on the test are welcomed.
Sorry if I did wrong by open-sourcing my test. I did not find any specific
instructions as to how to submit the test.
