My answer here isn't really about demand for C++03. Expanded, it's "I don't
know what specifically you're proposing, and I don't know who is supposed to
require C++11 from whom, but I don't think we should pursue it in any case
because I've run some of the possible answers in my head and none of them
are worth pursuing in my opinion."
