is here a proposal to fix the issue.
"It should be three PRs applied in this order: Boost Build Boost Jamroot
Boost Thread"
We believe that doing one at a time wouldn't break anything.
It seems the first PR has broken the build.
Hoping we will have the other two PR soon.
