Congratulations Peter.
I don't share the argument that mp_ prefix is better for
standardization. Who knows what the committee will design/decide?
I believe namespaces are the "reason d'être" to avoid such prefixes.
Anyway, the review is finished.
Thanks Peter, R. Bjorn and all the reviewers for making/helping it
possible to have a modern meta-programming library in Boost.
