Actually, I'm thinking that since this is (or should be) an incremental
improvement to an existing boost libary it should probably be handled as
a "mini review" described here:

This would be easier for everyone involved.
FWIW - "mini review" should not be considered a shortcut to compromising
boost standards - such as they are. It should still have documentation,
tests, etc. But would be an integral part of the sort library.
