msvc-14.1 is obviously correct. For one thing, 141 matches
$(PlatformToolsetVersion); for another, _MSC_VER 1310 is msvc-7.1, not
msvc-7.10. Plus, msvc-14.1 is the first thing I tried before learning that
it should be .10, then I tried it again by mistake the following day even
though I already knew about the .10.
