Just when I Google boost nowide I find many references to it including
clones/internal project includes in github, recommendations at
stackoverflow etc . Probably utf8everywhere.org contributed to its
popularity as it refers to the library. I received several
contributions to the code. So it looks like it gained some popularity.
However it is quite subjective than objective measure.
